Any disputes shall first be attempted through informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us regarding the App.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
